These sites are accessible by vehicle, and offer just a short walk down to the water. You may choose to enjoy dinner, waterside at our Cantina, or drive to nearby Gatlinburg, or Pigeon Forge to complete your dining experience. Our Landing side offers a variety of accommodations from our luxurious King Suite, to our Family Size Safari Suite, each tent including a luxurious bathroom, sitting area, wooded lake views, and incredible service. Waterscape Landing offers friends and families alike the chance to experience our unique accommodations, as well as the convinience of driving to the heart of the Smokies for experiences like Paula Deen's Lumberjack Feud, Dollywood, Tanger Outlets and more.

When you book a a stay at Waterscape Island, you can expect an all inclusive experience. Upon arrival, your experience begins with a private boat ride to our the Island side of our resort. Guests will be escorted to their own private accommodations where grandeur meets the great outdoors.
